Every AI conversation—whether with an Embedded Agent on your website, a Demo Agent walking through your product, or a Project Agent in a customer portal—uses 1 session credit. Your plan includes credits each month, and you only pay for overages. Sessions under 30 seconds are tracked but not billed.
Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over.
If you go over your included session credits, overage sessions are billed at your plan’s rate: Basic at $1.50/session, Pro at $1.00/session, and Plus at $0.75/session. For example, if you’re on the Pro plan and use 350 sessions in a month, the first 200 are included and the remaining 150 are billed at $1.00 each ($150 overage).

The Lifecycle OS (Plus Plan) is for companies with longer sales cycles—typically 3-6+ months—who have dedicated SDRs, AEs, and Customer Success teams. It equips all three departments with AI agents and provides a unified source of truth (Project Portals) so no data is lost as deals move from stage to stage.
Upgrade when you start feeling the pain of handoffs. If your AEs are asking "what did the SDR promise?" or your CS team is saying "I don't know what was sold," you need the Lifecycle OS. It creates a single, persistent record for every customer relationship—from first touch to renewal.
You'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro (20 agents) or Plus (unlimited agents). We won't shut off your existing agents—you just won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade.
